We believe in the importance of accurately assessing and diagnosing musculoskeletal pain. This allows us to identify the cause of the problem. Like anything in life, it is difficult to solve a problem without understanding what is causing it.

We believe in a team approach to treating and managing musculoskeletal pain and injury. If after assessment we think you would be best served by another professional (eg. Medical specialists, GP’s, podiatrists or pilates instructors), we have a network of highly competent colleagues to whom we would happily refer you. This ensures the most appropriate treatment for you, and therefore the best possible results.

We encourage an active role from our patients in resolving their symptoms. We want to work with you in achieving a positive result. Particularly with long-standing, chronic problems – you get out what you put in!

We aim to provide you with information to educate you
in understanding your pain or injury better. This allows you to learn how to avoid it in the future.

All staff at Procare Sports & Spinal place great importance
on self education. We complete extra courses each year to keep ourselves up to date with the latest information and research in the area of back pain and sports injuries.
